are, we are family owned and operated. My husband and I along with our children. We are small but efficient horse ranch. On
seventy two acres. Our home is a old ranch house built around 1887. We are located in Crawford Colorado on Fruit
land Mesa. With lots of Rich history. Were just a gallop from Black Canyon National Monument an and just a trot away

size areana that's 150ft wide by 250ft long. It's fully lighted for night time riding, Very good footing for riding in during
winter or rainy season's yr around riding we also have 6 round pens hot walker and trails, $50 fee per month for full excess
to arena and other amenity's of our ranch.We are also excepting horses for board @ $350.00 per month for full board with full
stall in barn and turn out daily, Tack room wash rack
foaling stall's. We also offer a board of $230.00 a month
for pasture boarding full Amenity's to ranch trail's Arena and much more. 24 hr watch and vet on call and ferrier.
